House Prices Decline, Again

House prices across the world are declining by massive percentages, and less than a year ago prices were set to 15% more than they currently are. That’s a drastic drop when you consider everyone who has been affected. And even when prices rise (like the rise seen in March), they quickly drop by the same amount, if not more. What does this mean for the housing market? It’s getting worse, slowly but surely, and projected losses are expected to go down at least another percent within the next few months. However there’s one good side of the story. The state of the economy “seems” beneficial for those interested in purchasing a new home and have the money to do so. So what do you think? Are you going to buy a property anytime soon?

Pillow Shaped Pot for Plants: Grow Bag

Grow bag is a pillow shaped pot for plants made of PVC foam, that is designed by Martino D’Esposito. I can say that Martino was quite creative when he created the “Grow Bag”, because is a really unusual idea for a plant pot, and a pillow would be the last thing I’d imagine choosing as a pot design. The sleepy pot has dimensions of 35 ×35 cm, is manufactured by Ligne Roset and is marketed exclusively for hydroculture-friendly plants.. Grow bag is available in white/orange or gray/gray and the formed plastic Drink Tray in red, black or white. Finally this innovative idea for a plant pot would look great if you like to keep plants inside the house.

Metaphys Indoor Grass Planters

Metaphys Indoor Grass Planters is designed by designer Chiaki Murata, with the purpose to bring a piece of nature in a stylish way inside our homes. The individual planters can be stacked, hung or laid on your coffee table. This combination of white with fresh green is awesome, and has a modern look.

“The Metaphys products are designed with the common idea and they are consistent with the idea even though different companies produce the products: the idea is that all the creative process should start from “observation.” By observing things, you have the perspectives of the second and the third persons, and thereby you can avoid being subjective. It represents “a discipline that explores the basic principle of all existences.” What we think is necessary is really necessary for everyday life? One of our missions is to examine how important the existence of a product is in this world of the excessive production.”
