Greek-Style Tomato Platter

Greek-Style Tomato Platter
serves 6

ingredients
8 tomatoes, sliced
100g/4oz feta cheese, crumbled
8 black olives, stoned and sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

• Arrange the tomato slices on six small serving plates or one large serving platter. Scatter the cheese, olives and oregano on top.
• Whisk together the vinegar and oil and drizzle over the top of the salad. Serve immediately.
