Oyster Wraps


2 dozen fried Mississippi oysters
4 flour tortilla wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup finely shredded cheese
small jar Buffalo Sauce

Fry oysters in your favorite batter. Lay about 4 or 5 on a tortilla wrap. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and ranch dressing. Wrap. Dip in Buffalo Sauce.
