1 cup smoked Mississippi oysters (chopped)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (reg, lowfat, or fat free)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
2 slices of cooked bacon, crumble
Combine: cheese, oysters, lemon juice, onion, horseradish,Salt, and 1 tbsp cilantro
Chill 2-3 hr. Shape into ball or log
Top with pecans, remaining cilantro and cooked, crumbled bacon. Serve with toasted points.
